If you are a parent or guardian dealing with financial hardship, housing pressures, benefit issues, or the weight of circumstances that have become hard to manage — this fund is for you. Support is free. There is no referral needed. You just need to get in touch.
We offer free social welfare advice and practical support to parents and guardians of children who are facing hardship. That might mean help understanding your benefits, support with a housing situation, guidance on your rights, or simply someone to talk to who can help you work out what to do next.
The Victoria Pashur Children's Fund was established by Global Social Innovators to honour the life and values of Victoria Pashur, a pediatric nurse whose forty-year career was defined by compassion, dignity, and deep respect for children and families facing some of life's hardest moments.
Victoria believed in seeing people as they are, without judgement, and in offering care that recognised both human need and human worth.
This fund carries that legacy forward, built on the belief that no family should have to face hardship alone and that practical, respectful support can make a real difference when it matters most.
This fund is open to any parent or legal guardian of a child under 18 who is living with them and experiencing financial hardship or social welfare challenges.
