Our Mission
We partner with communities to co-design and deliver innovative solutions that build power, resilience, and connection, enabling people to create lasting change in their own lives, in their local systems, and across society.
Our Approach
We work at three interconnected levels:
Direct advice, casework and practical intervention for people facing crisis: housing, debt, employment, immigration and welfare rights.
Working alongside communities and organisations to design programmes, build skills, and develop local solutions that reflect what people actually need, not what we assume they need. We build skills and confidence so people can lead change in their own communities.
We gather evidence from the thousands of people we support and use it to influence policy, commissioning and practice, locally, nationally and internationally.
